5 Terres

Eastern Liguria, also known as the Riviera di Levante is the coastal strip which lies south of the amazing city of Genoa.
The Riviera di Levante is divided into three main parts. The Levanto, the National Park of 5 Terre and the Gulf of Poets.
What characterizes the Riviera di Levante is all authentic and typical small villages all along the coast.
For swimming, you will find that very few large sandy beaches but rather coves with turquoise and crystal clear water.
For gastronomy, do not forget to taste the Ligurian pasta: a mixture of pesto, potatoes and green beans.
